Guisborough born centre back signed from Whitby Town during summer of 2017 having previously gained League experience with Hartlepool United, Stockport County and Torquay United as well as playing for Hereford United, York City, Gateshead, Gainsborough Trinity, Scarborough and Spennymoor. Robbo also earned three caps for England Game XI in the four nation’s tournament against Wales, Scotland and Republic of Ireland.
‘Robbo’ made made is Guisborough debut against Stockton Town in the FA Cup on 5th October 2017. He went on to make 41 appearances that season and followed that up with 42 appearances in the 2018/19 season and was voted the Supporters Player of the Year.
He scored his first goal for the Club on 1st November 2017.
Named Club Captain for the 2019/20 season.
