KGV Fence Fund Hits £30,000

Guisborough Town’s ambitious plans to bring Junior football back to the KGV playing fields have surpassed a major milestone by topping £30,000 by the end of May. This highly impressive funding achievement means the club can now press ahead with the nuts and bolts of actually building the fenced-in football pitches adjacent to the main KGV Stadium. The FA has announced how the Northern League will shape up for the upcoming season. GTFC can confirm that we have received notification from the Northern League of their decision to impose a 3 point deduction. Following a caution issued to the club in pre season, the subsequent fine was missed on the system used; which imposed a late fine, and then a suspension on the club from playing until paid.
