2024/25 Northern League Division 1 Finalised

The FA has announced how the Northern League will shape up for the upcoming season.

The league expands from 20 to 22 teams in each division, with Division One seeing the addition of Blyth Town, Easington Colliery, and Newcastle Blue Star (as a losing play-off finalist based on a national points per game basis) who all received promotion from Norther League Division Two.

It also sees the addition of Kendal Town, who moved laterally from the Northern Counties West Premier Division, and Marske United after their resignation from the Northern Premier League last season, being placed in Division One by the FA.
