Sponsorship the key to ambitious goals for Guisborough Town’s future success!

At any level of football – from juniors right up to top club and international teams – income from healthy sponsorship and hospitality activities can be the lifeblood of thousands of footballing organisations.

Guisborough Town Football Club is certainly no exception to the primary importance it attaches to sponsorship and hospitality in helping to keep the club’s finances in a healthy state.

In the last two or three years, Guisborough Town has developed a tremendous range of promotional activities with an imaginative and very attractive selection of sponsorship opportunities which have been snapped up eagerly and enthusiastically by local businesses and groups.

Sounds great…but just what is the bottom line of all this amazing effort by mostly volunteers at Guisborough Town’s Kevin Edward KGV Stadium??

First and foremost is the club’s burning ambition to improve all playing levels of the club and especially the Men’s First Team to achieve promotion out of the Northern League to the next Non-League levels of North East and Yorkshire football.

Andy Bell, Guisborough Town’s incredibly hard-working and ambitious CEO, commented:

We have done fairly well as a football club in the last three or four seasons but the prize of promotion to higher leagues has sadly eluded us…so far. We are determined to enhance and improve our club further in all aspects and all levels of our activities.

We want to boost the value of our total sponsorship activities to £50,000 or more to help realise our transformational targets for our club.

Andy paid rich tribute to the amazing support given by local businesses and groups already to Guisborough Town, which was warmly recognised on Saturday, 29 March when the Priorymen met promotion challenging Shildon at the KGV.

We want to demonstrate particularly to our sponsors just how important they are to our club and just how much we appreciate their much-valued support.
